Coconut oil has increased in popularity over the last few years so there are a lot of different products on the market. Your best choice is an organic virgin coconut oil in the size that is right for your family.
Over the years I have purchased bulk sized containers, small squeezable containers and I have tried a variety of brands but our favorite as a family is Nutiva. We use Nutiva coconut oil, coconut manna and my favorite vanilla MCT oil powder (amazing in coffee).
