Fruit is one of the easiest foods you can freeze. Strawberries, raspberries, berries of any kind freeze great. You can freeze apples in applesauce or in pie filling.

Yes, personally I think bananas are one of the best foods to freeze. Bananas are a fast ripening fruit, being able to preserve them helps in saving money and the loss of produce. Frozen bananas are great for adding to smoothies, baking and dipped in chocolate they make a nice treat.
