So you want to get healthy and you don’t want to spend hundreds.
I totally understand! Getting healthy isn’t about the number on the scale or the size of your jeans.
Remember every body is different. We gain and lose differently. Today we are not talking about the numbers and the fads.
We are talking about five simple easy ways you can improve your health. Simple tips you can easily stick with today and a week from now.
Five Frugal Days To Improve Your Health:
1. Get Moving
Add a few more steps to your day. Skip the elevator and take the stairs. Grab a great pair of sneakers and hit the local park trail.
Adding more steps will improve your overall health. Remember to stay hydrated.
2. Treat Yourself
Take care of yourself so you can take on the world. As moms we usually put ourselves last and keep watch over our family’s health.
Take a 30 minute break and take care of you. Grab a cup of tea and read a book or do a DIY facial.
3. Take A Break
Step away from the computer, grab a healthy snack, step outside and get some fresh air. Or grab a comfy chair and take 15 minutes to yourself.
4. Clear The Clutter
Say goodbye to all the “stuff” weighing you down. Donate your old clothing and household supplies. Simple living is good for the soul. Checkout the clear the clutter challenge.
5. Get Some Sleep
We live in a busy age of to do’s, be here and be there. Slow it down and give your body time to rest.
Did you know some of the biggest companies in the world encourage their staff to take naps. If big companies can do it, so can moms. Take a break and have some you time.
You can improve your health in 5 days.
