How much do you really need to survive?
What do you really need, to make it through the day? If you had to pack all your belongings into an RV or a smaller home what would you take?
What truly makes you happy?
For me it’s my family, spending time outdoors, our pug dog, travelling, learning new things and good coffee.
Could I down size to all of that and survive? Yes. If I had to sell every toy, piece of furniture, book and etc and all I had left was my family, the essentials and life – I would be happy. What about you what truly makes you happy?
Have you ever noticed you have too much stuff?
I have noticed we have too much stuff. I will admit I have too many books and our son has way more toys than he needs (thanks to his Grandparents). The garage probably has a duplicate of every small tool.
Thinking about it I could probably clear the clutter and fill a small room with all the stuff we could sell to make money to pay down our debt.
